- Do I need an International driving license?

All drivers must have a valid driving license and be at least 21 years of age.
For drivers from non-European countries, an international driving license is required.

- Can anyone else other than myself drive the car?

Yes, you can add additional drivers to the rental contract.
This must be done when the contract is issued.
The additional driver must present a valid driving license.
You can also add an extra driver during the rental by coming to our office.
Additional drivers must have a valid driving license and meet the age requirements.

- What happens if I return the car earlier?

In case you return the car earlier than the agreed delivery date, there will be no refund.

- What if I have a problem with the car?

If you should have the misfortune to suffer a breakdown, you must contact our office.

- What if I have an accident?

You should contact the police immediately.
Then contact our office so we can also act on the incident.

- Can I choose a particular car brand or model?

Bookings are subject to a specific car group, which includes several different car models with similar features.
You can ask for a specific model, but there is no guarantee you will get it.

- Which cards are accepted?

All cards are accepted for the payment of the rent (Visa, Master, Maestro, Diners or American Express).
Prepaid cards are not accepted.

- Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the time of pick-up.

- What documents do I need when I pick up the car?

• Your driving license.
• Your credit card.
• Further identification, such as a passport.
• If you have booked online, please remember the reservation number or show us the confirmation email.

- Can I exit the Greek borders with the rental vehicle?

Unfortunately, crossing Greek borders is not allowed.

- Once I reach Samos Airport, how will I pick up the car?

You will provide us your flight number, and a member of our crew will be waiting for you at the arrival hall holding a sign of your name.
The car will be parked outside and the paperwork will not take more than 5 minutes to complete.
Then you are ready to start your journey in Samos.

- What is the policy on off-road driving?

Vehicles (including 4x4 models) are strictly not allowed to be driven off-road.

- At the end of my trip, what is the process I have to follow to return my rented car?

A member of our crew will be waiting for you again at the departure level of the airport.
In case of an earlier return or unexpected delay, you are kindly requested to advise us ahead.

- Must I bring back the car washed?

No, you do not have to wash the car.
The fee for washing the car is already included in our rates.
Only in extreme cases where the interior of the car is not treated correctly there may be additional charges.
